Job Duties and Responsibilities Source and close net new logos Have the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and identify executive sponsors and championsResearch and understand the business objectives of your customers and have the ability to perform a value driven sales cycleCollaborate with internal partners to move deals forward and ensure customer successYou will consistently deliver ARR revenue targets and drive success through a metric based approachDevelop and execute sales strategies and tactics to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities and deliver repeatable and predictable bookingsProvide timely and insightful input back to other corporate functionsCreate ROI and business justification reports based off of a data driven approachGain an in-depth understanding of the RevOps platform and deliver software demos to prospects Minimum REQUIRED Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 2+ years of closing experience in Sales with a track record of being a top performerAbility to learn, pitch and demonstrate a highly technical product and have the ability to adapt in a fast growing and changing environmentHave clear examples of closing complex deals and selling into complex organizationsPrevious experience building relationships and selling face to face to VP and C-level executivesExperience selling technical SaaS and cloud based software solutions is a plusExperience selling into Sales and/or Finance teams is a plusExperience with target account selling, solution selling, and using MEDDIC, Challenger, GAP (or similar) methodologies is a plusKnowledge of HubSpot CRM and/ Salesforce products.
