Insight Global is looking for an Sr.
Accountant to join a diverse industrial manufacturing client located in Stafford, Tx.
This person will be reporting directly into the Associate Director of Accounting and will be working alongside one other Sr Accountant counterpart on the Windows team.
This person will be responsible for overseeing and managing the accounting responsibilities for the companies Magnolia, Tx site.
This individual will be required to perform budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cost analysis, inventory analysis, and more for the plant they are overseeing.
This person must have experience with inventory manufacturing accounting as well as communicating across several different groups including the Plant Manager, plant personnel such as Inventory Management and others within the Accounting Organization.
This role allows a hybrid schedule of 2 days a week allowing this person to work from home and 3 days a week in the Stafford office, with annual trips to the Magnolia site for introductions and oversight into the plant.

4+ years of experience with Operational Accounting
4+ years of experience with Accounting for Manufacturing Facilities
Experience performing budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cost analysis, inventory analysis
Experience working and interacting with various manufacturing and production teams & personnel
Experience controlling balance sheets
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
JD Edwards experience
Oracle Experience
SAP Experience
CPA or plans to obtain CPA
CMA
Masters in Accounting
