Sr Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sr.
Administrative Assistant to support our senior management team and collaborate with Technology departments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of space and property management.


Key Responsibilities: Oversee floor maintenance, including management of equipment, signage, and confidential bins.
Track space availability for offices, workstations, hotel seats, and conference rooms.
Coordinate staff relocations and departmental reconfigurations.
Facilitate new hire onboarding by managing seating assignments, equipment distribution, and account access.
Handle requests for hardware, software, market data, and voice services.
Conduct building audits to ensure accurate employee locations and room configurations, updating the space database as necessary.
Required Qualifications: High school diploma required.
1-2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proven experience working with senior management and collaborating with Technology teams.
Understanding of general administration and space/property management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), with familiarity in SharePoint and Jive considered a plus.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a corporate environment.
Certifications: Relevant administrative certifications are a plus but not required.
Education: High School
