The Office Assistant will assist in the Executive Directors office under the Operations Coordinator guidance.
Will provide complete discretion and high initiative to perform administrative tasks to support the Executive Director and the Operations Coordinator.
Assignments with the various executive-level groups, including the Board of Directors, Administrative Team, and the Association's standing committees.
This position provides a wide variety of technical, clerical, and administrative support, including word processing, database manipulation, spreadsheet development, desktop publishing to create, edit, format, and produce reports, forms, and correspondence; data and files.

Administrative Assistant will assist with Executive Director's meetings and functions by arranging, organizing, and supporting the Operations Coordinator.
The Sr.
Administrative Assistant may be asked to attend meetings and functions with Executive Director and to take photos.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent Education.
+ Experience as an Administrative Assistant
+ Proficiency with windows-based software, including the use of the internet and Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, and Excel.
+ Ability to work with a high degree of integrity, sound professional judgment, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
+ Ability to work independently and cooperatively as part of a team
+ Ability to communicate effectively through verbal, written, and visual channels using traditional methods plus electronic technology (e.g., video, audio, computers, etc.
).
+ Ability to relate effectively to co-workers, advisors, community, and professional leaders.
+ Ability and willingness to work with diverse audiences and maintain cultural sensitivity
+ Ability to meet travel requirements associated with this position.
+ Must possess superior telephone/people skills to remain polite and professional under pressure.
+ Ability to work a flexible work schedule based on the program's demands and staff needs.

+ Experience with Government Relations
+ Knowledge of and ability to use Constant Contact
+ Knowledge of and ability with Donor Perfect database
+ Sound judgment and problem-solving skills, and ability to keep the information confidential
+ Ability to plan and organize personal work responsibilities according to priorities developed with the immediate supervisor
POSITION DETAILS:
Salary: $25.96 per hour
Schedule: NON-EXEMPT 40 Hrs.
per week
