And we'll do it with the utmost integrity, and in an environment where everyone is seen, heard and feels like they belong.Join Team Amex and let's lead the way together.The Strategy & Go to Market organization under the US Consumer Marketing (USCM) organization and is responsible for efficiently planning and delivering extraordinary marketing campaigns that bring membership to life for the US Consumer business.The Sr. Analyst, Enablement Excellence & Reporting will partner heavily with enterprise teams in supporting our Enablement excellence efforts, auditing existing processes and operating models in a constantly evolving operational landscape. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our organization's marketing processes to drive efficiency, quality and continuous improvement.In this role, you will collaborate closely with our partners in Operational Excellence, and will have an understanding of campaign execution processes and functions to support ongoing monitoring and reporting to provide actionable insights to mitigate future issues. You will also own the Marketing Enablement and Transformation reporting package(s) and comprehensive scorecard. This includes identifying the right key performance indicators, collecting, analyzing and interpreting data to generate relevant insights and reports for key partners. You will support the Sr. Manager to define reporting standards and develop strategies to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy. Additionally, you will collaborate with other key partners to ensure that reporting aligns with organizational goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a background in data analysis, reporting tools, and compliant marketing standard processes.Key responsibilities:Maintain Enablement excellence roadmap, tracking progress and providing frequent status updates to key collaborators and leadershipIdentify process improvements and implement prevention strategies to mitigate operational risk in close partnership with the broader Operational Excellence team and USCM teamsConduct quarterly detailed analysis of current operational processes to identify areas for improvement and optimizationDevelop and implement strategies to streamline processes, reduce risks and enhance operational efficiencyApply data-driven insights to track key performance to identify trends, composition, leading indicators, and outlook in operational risk.Create recurring, consistent leadership updates regarding reporting and insights.Partner with the Marketing Automation team to launch automated controls in a timely manner.Development of reports and presentations – including gathering data, extrapolating critical elements, and communicating findings in an actionable format.Serve as the point of contact for Customer & Prospect Marketing Issue Resolution Management to investigate validity and exposure of potential events. This includes campaign setup error investigations, executive complaint issues and early monitoring of potential operational risk events.Develop and maintain strong partnerships with Operational Excellence, GCO, Compliance, Marketing Enablement, Marketing Transformation, channel marketing teams, and other internal business teams to progress the teams' strategic planQualifications:Proven experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or related fieldStrong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-makingExcellent communication and social skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levelsAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProven skills in analyzing and synthesizing data and communicating data in a simple, business-focused presentationsRelationship management and a consistent track record of positively collaborating with partners.Ability to take initiative and work in ambiguous situations.Demonstrated problem-solving skills, can frame business problems, break them down into logical components, design and implement analysis to recommend solutions and communicate insights with a bias towards action.Clear communicator who can effectively structure plans, communicate them to diverse audiences in a digestible manner, and bring teams along together in a nuanced environment.Bachelor's degree required.Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
