Job Summary
The Sr Analyst Executive Compensation and Equity is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and day-to-day administration of Medline's executive compensation and equity plans. This role will provide valuable data-driven insights to improve the efficiency, engagement, and effective delivery of our executive compensation and equity programs.Job Description MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in the assessment, design, and develop existing and new executive and equity compensation programs to ensure competitiveness, effectiveness, legal and regulatory compliance.
Conduct executive job leveling and compensation benchmarking.
Support internal and external executive-level compensation offers, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
Support the preparation of the Compensation Committee materials, regulatory filings, and any other executive compensation disclosures.
Assist with stock plan administration by providing support related to the grant and vest process for equity awards, award agreements, communications, data integrity, participant questions, etc.
Conduct market analysis to benchmark executive compensation and equity offerings against industry standards.
Collaborate with the legal and finance departments to ensure compliance with regulations and reporting requirements.
Collaborate with finance, legal, and tax departments to ensure cost and tax efficiency of compensation programs.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of compensation data for internal analysis and external disclosure.
Adapt readily to changing priorities; offering solutions to challenges or problems as they occur.
Manage the day-to-day administration of executive compensation programs, including salary, bonus, and long-term incentives.
Advise senior executives and HR partners on compensation matters, including policy interpretation and program design.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of executive compensation trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor's degree
Certification / Licensure None.
Work Experience 4+ years of experience in executive compensation and/or equity administration experience.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Excellent analytical, problem solving and financial modeling skills, with high level of accuracy and attention to detail; position requires advanced mathematical skills, financial knowledge, excel skills and spreadsheet analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of management and staff.
Ability to work with pressing deadlines, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate flexibility with changing priorities.
Ability to collect and analyze information, problem-solve, and make recommendations or decisions.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related fields.
Certification / Licensure Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Equity Professional (CEP).
Work Experience Experience working as an equity administrator for a public company
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities In-depth knowledge of executive compensation and equity administration.
Experience with compensation benchmarking and market analysis.
Familiarity with tax and accounting implications of compensation programs.
Experience managing executive compensation plans in Workday.
