Job Description Summary:
PayPal, Inc. (PayPal) is seeking a Senior Analyst, Global Risk – Partner Due Diligence for its Global Entity Management (GEM) team. This role will be primarily responsible for responding to the Inbound Partner Due Diligence requests and regulatory surveys globally. The right candidate is a self-motivated individual that is able to effectively work and communicate collaboratively / cross-functionally across PayPal. The right candidate must have a hands-on approach, strong management skills and attention to detail and organization.
Job Description:
PayPal, Inc. (PayPal) is seeking a Senior Analyst, Global Risk – Partner Due Diligence for its Global Entity Management (GEM) team. This role will be primarily responsible for responding to the Inbound Partner Due Diligence requests and regulatory surveys globally. Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Complete regulatory surveys and inbound due diligence requests from PayPal's merchants and financial partners
In consultation with the GEM manager, provide advice and guidance to business and functional partners on regulatory survey and inbound due diligence matters
Facilitate Partner meetings and manage a library of responses
Prepare periodic reports and performance analytics to identify trends and insights
Assist in the development and refresh of team procedures, guidelines, and protocols
Liaise with stakeholders across the organization to accomplish GEM team tasks
Train new team members on the process for handing due diligence and regulatory survey requests
Perform other additional tasks as assigned to support GEM

Qualifications
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects with competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to change
Ability to identify dependencies and leverage multiple sources of information simultaneously
Strong reputation for integrity and ability to balance business partnerships and to raise issues in a timely and constructive manner
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to operate simultaneously as an effective tactical as well as strategic thinker
Proven ability to interact well with internal senior management
Strong ability to source, manage, analyze data and attention to detail
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Desire to work in a result- and team-oriented, rapid growth environment
Solid critical and analytical thinking, decision making and innovative problem-solving skills
Must be self-motivated, dependable, adaptable, and detail-oriented
Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment
Strong computer knowledge; excellent MS Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Smartsheet, Power BI and PowerPoint skills
Strong writing, research, analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills

Job Requirements
Typically requires a minimum of 6-7 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 4-5 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 2-3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
Experience working in a fast paced environment
Experience working in risk and compliance functions and regulatory agencies or financial industries a plus
Demonstrated ability to manage projects with multiple, cross-functional stakeholders, project management experience a plus
Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems in an innovative manner
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
