The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day.The Sr. Analyst of Lifecycle Automation Capabilities will join the Marketing Transformation team, responsible for developing and implementing Automation within marketing strategies and technologies that leverage both customer & enterprise data to enrich the end-to-end experience for future growth. The Marketing Transformation team partners extensively with Marketing Operations, Enterprise Digital, Technology, Operational Excellence, Strategy & GTM, and Partnership Marketing. This role will encompass driving improved user adoption, functionality, automation, and quality of audience creation tools.The Sr. Analyst, Lifecycle Automation Capabilities will focus on advancing the Marketer Experience through the way we utilize & optimize data used within our processes and partnerships. In this role, there will be an expectation to elevate and optimize strategies centered around the automation of the campaign lifecycle. Playing a pivotal role in Targeting & Eligibility Platform migration, the individual will partner with product partners to provide a clear strategy for user adoption toward increased Operational Excellence and User Experience. The Sr. Analyst will own specific work streams, new case development for highly visible strategic projects and ongoing reporting to emulate the success of our collective across the campaign lifecycle. The ideal candidate is proficient in Marketing, enthusiastic about customer data and user experiences, crafting big ideas into strategies and maintains a passion for understanding what excites our customers.How will you make an impact in this role?Drive the implementation Targeting & Eligibility new platform migration & onboarding through partnership with impacted teams.
