Responsibilities
• Maintains inventory accuracy by managing product holds, movements, and physical returns.• Drives efficient picking and replenishment by profiling products and ensuring timely delivery to 3PLs.• Continually monitors quality and productivity metrics and communicates with internal departments.• Investigates outbound discrepancies and resolves inbound discrepancies with external suppliers.• Resolves operational errors and places purchasing orders for customers as needed.• Proactively identifies opportunities to improve operations and provides input into operational excellence initiatives.• Instructs and assists team members with complex tasks and assists in occasional warehouse audits.
Requirements
• 2-4 years of experience• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds• Comfort working with heights 20-30 ft regularly• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for entire shift• Good verbal and written communication skills• Experience working with technologies, like computers or point of sale systems, a plus• High School Diploma/GED preferred• Ability to operate MHE equipment as needed
