About the roleAs a pivotal BD team member, you'll be instrumental in negotiating key deals, nurturing significant partner relationships, and maximizing revenue opportunities associated with partner programs. Your role will involve full cycle partner management spanning partner sourcing, technical integrations and legal negotiation to building scalable operational and go-to-market programs that drive revenue. This is an incredibly cross-functional role requiring someone to work closely with nearly every team and leader across Rippling. This role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity. The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with the range below based on San Francisco Bay Area.

The pay range for this role is:138,000 - 241,500 USD per year (US San Francisco Bay Area)
