Overview
LMI is seeking a seasoned Logistics Strategy and Integration Senior Consultant with a deep understanding of logistics operations and strategic planning, particularly in defense and government sectors.
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding analytical, communication, and leadership skills and will be responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing logistics strategies that meet our clients' operational needs.
This position requires a Top Secret security clearance to access sensitive information and work on classified projects and will occur on client site in the Pentagon, Arlington, VA.
This position cannot be supported remotely.

Responsibilities
This position supports the USAF AF/A4 Fusion Cell.
HAF/A4 stood up a Fusion Cell to align efforts across the Secretary of the Air Force, Department of the Air Force, Major Commands and the Directorate of Logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative logistics strategies that align with client objectives and improve operational efficiency.
Analyze complex logistics and supply chain systems to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to integrate logistics operations into broader organizational strategies.
Lead logistics assessments, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis and industry best practices.
Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership and clients, clearly conveying complex ideas and recommendations.
Support project management initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of logistics solutions within budget constraints.
Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a collaborative team environment and knowledge sharing.
Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements related to logistics and supply chain management.
Qualifications
This position requires deep global logsitics enterprise and headquarters experience provide strategic advisory services and direct support to the HAF/A4 Fusion Cell.
The positoin requires the incumbent to maintain and provide situational awareness across SecAF efforts and ensure appropriate integration within and across specific A4 efforts and strategy.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with preference for degrees in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics strategy, supply chain management, or related fields Proven experience working with government and military logistics systems and processes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies and solutions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in logistics software and tools, as well as MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Must hold a Top Secret security clearance (or be eligible to obtain one) and be compliant with all security protocols.
Desired Qualifications:
Masters degree with preference for degrees in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics strategy, supply chain management, or related fields, with at least 4 years in a senior or leadership role.
Understanding of deploying sustainment analytics at scale.
Ability to create and foster a cooperative, respectful work environment.
High-energy, enthusiasm, and ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels in government and industry.
Targeted salary range: $119,000-150,000
