The Team: S&P Global's Managed Data Services team leverages market-leading technology and a global team of experts to provide an end-to-end data management solution for private market investors.
Responsibilities and Impact: The Sr. Data Researcher plays a vital role, overseeing a range of functions to facilitate the delivery of quality data and insights to our limited partner clients.
Responsibilities: Oversee and facilitate the collection of private fund data from financial reportsPerform controls to ensure accuracy and integrity of dataCollaborate with various internal parties to understand client needs and ensure timely delivery of dataLead and manage ad-hoc projects to satisfy client or business needsIdentify and execute opportunities to improve processes and workflowsWhat We're Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the motivation to learn new applicationsA strong understanding of financial analysis and reportingExperience working effectively with others in a team setting while under the pressure of deadlinesPrecise attention to detail and ability to document processesExperience working with large datasets in a live environmentAdditional Preferred Qualifications: An understanding of programming languages such as SQL4-year degree from an accredited college or university.
