As a Sr. Designer, you will be responsible for delivering on all design assets needed for the retail & wholesale division of Velvet Caviar. Mostly designing packaging, retail displays, brand decks, and nationwide marketing assets. You'll work directly with the retail team on design strategy and the internal content team for asset completion. This Sr. Designer will be a key player in driving growth and success for Velvet Caviar's retail division. Responsibilities: Design Retail Assets: Responsible for designing Packaging Design, Instore 3D Display Mockups, Brand Presentations, Dotcom Marketing Assets, Product Images/Video Assets, PDQ display, Tradeshow Banners, Sales Sheets, UPC and label Design, and Retail Customer Marketing Assets. You'll become the main point of contact for all graphic needs for the retail team! Packaging & Display Design: Oversee the design and development of product packaging across all Velvet Caviar products. Ensure all packaging meets brand standards and adheres to regulatory requirements, including retail packaging, product manuals, displays, and other compliance-related assets. Brand Consistency: Design and implement comprehensive design strategies aligned with the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all product packaging, sales materials, and digital assets. Project Management: Collaborate with creative, product, and operations teams to manage the production and delivery of packaging & display assets. Ensure consistency in production quality and timelines across all stakeholders. Asset Management: Establish and maintain an organized design asset library, including photography, packaging, manuals, catalogs, tradeshow graphics, sales presentations, and other design-related assets, ensuring easy access for stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on product packaging and branding. Proven experience managing creative teams and external design resources. Strong understanding of design principles, packaging production processes, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills: Experience in the consumer electronics or retail industry. Experience in re-branding initiatives and creating comprehensive brand guidelines. Knowledge of endcap/pallet layout & design, social media ad design, and PowerPoint presentation design.
