This engineer will help the team transition to Intune, along with configuring Laptops both MacOS& Windows.
(they do not set up laptops).
This role will be level 3 support and will do configuration/troubleshooting of MacOS and Windows 10 or 11for 500-1,000 users.
Qualifications/Responsibilities: Provide service to the Firm regarding all Desktop matters.
This team configures laptops (they do not set up laptops, rather configure).
They deploy all updates to the firm, package software, computer management, responsible for all policy and settings for managing devices and more.
BA is preferred, but not required.
Collaborative and concerned with the user experience, above just the technology.
MacOS experience, experience providing support with configuring in JAMF.
Someone that has experience using Intune on a daily basis would be of great value.
Experienced writing PowerShell scripts - plus 7 years of experience across an enterprise sized company (500-1,000's of computers/users) 7 years of MacOS/Windows (a mix is acceptable) Windows 10 or 11 Experience with using WMI, registry, log files, events, and in-place upgrades Using the tool is not enough, they must be able to configure with the tools, and be in the weeds, ex.
know how to set up InTune, or roll out JAMF.
A candidate with experience transitioning a company to InTune is great, especially with experience in AutoPilot, MacOS initiative, we have never managed MAC in the past, so we are putting them on the network and creating a MacOS house, ground floor OS standing up Mac Management Windows 11 is coming next year, which is a project that is kicking off and we are transitioning to Autopilot instead of imaging.
