Location - We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states - CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, *IL, KS, ME, MA, NJ, NC, OR, TX, or VA.
Preference/Priority will be given to candidates based in Austin, TX or Tampa, FL or those willing to relocate unassisted. What You'll be DoingLead and develop a high-performing, high-impact team, cultivating expertise, ownership, and seamless collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, and Business Development on product direction.
Collaborate with downstream marketing to align on market strategy, ensuring an effective handoff and continuity throughout the GTM process.Design and operationalize an advanced market intelligence framework—integrating market research, technical competitive analysis, and win/loss programs.
Uncover emerging trends, threats, and opportunities, leveraging these insights to steer product direction, competitive positioning, and strategic priorities.
Partner with the GTM PMM function to apply these insights for campaign refinement and market engagement.Develop and refine strategic launch frameworks that outline clear value propositions, competitive positioning, and target audience insights.
Collaborate closely with the GTM PMM function to ensure these foundational elements enable high-impact, coordinated launches.Manage the product release process, including building and driving the cross-functional implementation plan.
Partner with downstream product marketing to build market-moving launch campaigns.Develop business plans for new products in collaboration with Product Management—ranging from market analysis and problem space identification to pricing, packaging, differentiation, and commercialization.Collaborate with Product Management on commercialization strategy, embedding pricing, packaging, and monetization models into product decision-making to optimize revenue and profitability.Serve as a recognized SME and public spokesperson for the product, presenting at conferences, industry events, and analyst briefings to promote NinjaOne's product vision and leadership.Work with Analyst Relations to educate industry analysts, evangelize NinjaOne's point of view, and secure top-tier recognition in the IT management and security markets.Develop scalable processes and KPIs to support rapid product growth and ensure long-term operational excellence.Other duties as needed.About You10+ years of product marketing and product management experience required.2+ years focused on downstream product marketing within IT or security industries.4+ years of people leadership in product marketing or product management.MSP domain expertise and IT management experience required—including endpoint products, vulnerability management, patch management, ITSM, and CI tools.Proven track record of scaling startups through hypergrowth, building scalable processes to support product expansion and operational excellence.Experienced leader with a passion for mentoring and developing teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and high performance across cross-functional groups and distributed teams.Exceptional collaboration skills, aligning Product, Sales, and Marketing around common goals to ensure seamless execution and measurable market success.Former Product Manager turned Product Marketing Manager, with hands-on experience driving product decisions and go-to-market success.Strong technical acumen—you enjoy working closely with engineering and product teams to understand technical functionality and translate it into business value.Recognized SME in IT management, actively contributing to thought leadership in the space.Experienced public speaker and thought leader, renowned for presenting at conferences, industry events, and analyst briefings.Able to travel up to 40%, representing NinjaOne at key industry events, product launches, and customer engagements.About UsNinjaOne automates the hardest parts of IT to deliver visibility, security, and control over all endpoints for more than 20,000 customers.

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills.

For roles based in California or Colorado, the base salary hiring range for this position is $00,000 to $00,000 per year.
