Job Description Reporting to the SVP of Distribution and Field Support, you will maximize the effectiveness of our Sales & Distribution teams. You will develop and implement systematic learning and development solutions focused on important systems and sales processes, which are necessary for advancing our business. This includes:

Training programs Job aids eLearning Interactive course content In addition to creating these learning solutions, you will ensure that all training programs align with our brand standards and are consistent with sales strategies and global curricula. You will also oversee every aspect of the learning solutions, including:

Project management Content creation Training facilitation
