The Amazon Entertainment People eXperience and Technology (PXT) organization (HR) is seeking a senior-level Executive Assistant to provide single-threaded support our Vice President.

PXT for Amazon Entertainment supports a portfolio of entertainment businesses that span film, TV, live sports, music, podcasts, games, audiobooks, livestreaming, and other media content.

The Entertainment PXT team focuses on the inputs that attract, grow, and retain creative, technical, and business talent at scale.
We customize for unique Entertainment business and industry needs where necessary and scale where possible and applicable.
Our Entertainment employees deliver world-class products and services for playing, listening, watching, and streaming in an ever-immersive entertainment environment.

From Day One, this role will focus on keeping the organizations leader and team organized, informed, and on task.
High-level calendar management and scheduling will require attention to detail as well as superb time management and organizational skills.
You should be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, have the ability to manage last-minute escalations, and effectively partner with other Executive Assistants throughout the organization to get things done.

You must understand business priorities and demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs and drive improvements.
This role requires professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
You should be resourceful, forward-thinking, and a creative problem solver.

Key job responsibilities
Own complex calendar and scheduling
Own domestic and international travel
Manage expense report coordination and submission
Develop, organize, execute, and assist with team activities (Staff meetings; All-Team meetings; Off-Sites; and team social events/recognition
Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
Manage team space, including moves, new hire location assignments, and re-configurations
Work closely with the leadership team and our business partners.

Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of senior level leadership support experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with C-level executive calendar management
- Experience as an Executive Assistant
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing teams
- Experience working in a matrixed organization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
The base pay for this position ranges from $88,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $176,000/year in our highest geographic market.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Amazon is a total compensation company.
Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
