Our team is looking for a Sr. Facilities Technician to join them.
You will report to the Sr.
Operations Manager MRO and will have an onsite work structure in Miramar, FL.
To be considered for the Sr. Facilities Technician opening, here's what you'll need to bring with you: A high school diploma A degree in Industrial electricity, PLC and controllers, electricity, Industrial hydraulics or mechanical engineering is preferred 5+ years' experience in electromechanical, pneumatics and hydraulics Must know how to read, comprehend and understand engineering prints, specifications, overhaul or component maintenance manuals, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic schematics Must be knowledgeable with the use of mechanical and electronic measuring instruments and equipment such as calipers, height gages, depth indicators, micrometers, power supplies, multimeters, pressure gauges, flow meters, etc.
Knowledge of basic skills: MS Office Suite- Excel, Word, Outlook As a Sr. Facilities Technician, you will: Performs general construction activities including electrical, plumbing, and assists in the installation, operation, repair and preventative maintenance for heating, ventilating, air conditioning, electronic controls, and refrigeration systems.
Assists with inspection and testing of equipment and systems for operating efficiency; reads blueprints and schematics; installs and repairs other mechanical systems in Ontic's facility.
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machines such as Hydraulic and High-pressure Hydraulic test stand, Pneumatic test stand, Actuators test stand, and simple machines such as compressors, presses, riveter machines, drill press, lathe, mill, etc.
Maintains daily cleanliness throughout the offices, warehouse, and production areas by sweeping, dusting, removing trash, cleaning fixtures, equipment, floors, restrooms, etc., while using standard power cleaning tools.
Responsible for daily parts and material pick-up and deliveries driving company vehicles, as well as occasional manual labor, which includes operating forklift and power equipment and heavy lifting.
Responsible for keeping and maintaining all of the maintenance and repair of Ontic's building, equipment, and machinery through a preventive maintenance program.
Write evaluations reports for units and perform all necessary paperwork in accordance with AS9100 and RSM The position requires the ability to read instructions, understand and write reports in English and use software to manage work requests.

Compensation Pay Range
