The position reports to SETS BAP Leader splitting time on cash flow and working capital projects with the goal of driving speed, quality, and cost efficiency. This critical role provides financial reporting, forecasting and analysis across SETS globally. You will also support SETS BAP leader in driving FP&A MOS with focus on analytics and transformation initiative.**Key Responsibilities**- Perform comprehensive variance analysis interpreting the impact of SETS working capital results against monthly, quarterly, and yearly plan/forecast- Support the detailed development of the annual operating plan (AOP) and SRO (Short Range Outlook)- Performing ad-hoc analysis based upon changing business needs- Assist in reporting key working capital metrics to upper management across the GBEs in SETS- Manage data collection processes for elements of working capital- Champion area(s) of working capital by providing financial insight and leadership on key improvement projects- Present concise monthly financial results to Functional Leadership and monitor accuracy of ME financials- Interaction with IA Finance Leadership Team as well as Functional Leaders- Support SETS BAP FP&A MOS**YOU MUST HAVE**- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration- 5+ years of experience in Finance, Financial Planning or Accounting, Digital transformation- English proficient**WE VALUE**- Some relevant experience in similar positions.- Master's degree in Finance.- Ability to present complex analysis with clarity.- Ability to understand accounting and financial processes related to the business.- Ability to work with cross functional teams.- Supply chain Finance experience- Knowledge of US GAAP and Internal controls.- Good oral and written communication.LI-Hybrid**Additional Information**:- ** JOB ID**:Req435453- ** Category**:Finance- ** Location**:Av.
