THE ROLE AG1 is looking for a Senior Analyst - Growth Finance to join our growing Finance team. This position will play a key role as a strategic business partner to the Marketing team within the Finance organization. This individual will provide forward-facing, insight-driven financial support to optimize marketing investment and influence spend efficiency. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Growth Finance, this role requires a combination of analytical acumen, strategic insight, and strong communication skills to inform key stakeholders in Marketing, delivering thought leadership that shapes business strategies and drives sustainable growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Strategic Financial Partnership Act as a Finance business partner to Growth teams, offering strategic guidance and financial expertise to support budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning. Provide data-driven insights and thought leadership that influence key decision-making processes in Marketing. Track business performance compared to forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities and quantifying them in our financial outlook. Data-Driven Performance Analysis Conduct in-depth performance analysis and develop actionable insights to identify growth opportunities, optimize marketing spend, and improve ROI. Provide recommendations that drive sustainable and incremental growth by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Collaborative Forecasting & Budget Optimization Own the growth forecasting process including partnering with marketing, accounting, and corporate FP&A to analyze prior performance and improve forecast accuracy Collaborate with Accounting on monthly close process, including accruals and variance analysis Stakeholder Engagement & Review Delivery Lead the creation and delivery of weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews, offering stakeholders and executive leadership a clear, comprehensive view of financial performance, budget health, and growth opportunities. Actively participate in strategic discussions, off WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred 3-6 years of progressive finance experience, ideally within a high-growth or digital-focused environment; prior experience supporting Marketing or Growth functions is a strong plus Have an understanding of marketing channels like Search, Social, Influencers, Media, and understand marketing channel mix Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in performance analysis, forecasting, and business modeling Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., Excel, Netsuite, Adaptive, data visualization tools such as Tableau); experience with SQL or other data analysis tools is a plus Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex financial data into strategic insights for non-financial stakeholders Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams and senior leadership WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? AG1 is dedicated to providing equitable and competitive compensation & benefits packages. For this particular role, the base salary range is $70,000 - $95,000 and will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate's level of skills and experience aligned with the needs of this role. Base salary is one component of total compensation for this position. We provide a competitive mix of base salary, performance bonus, and stock option allocation for eligible roles.
