About the Role The Meeting Intelligence team focuses on building Highspot's coaching capabilities by delivering an AI-enhanced conversational intelligence platform that integrates meeting data into the feedback loop, creating differentiated value for customers.
We're looking for a Senior Frontend Software Engineer who will bring their creativity and experience to Highspot to help us build software with a spark of magic.
As a senior frontend engineer, you will lead the design and development of core frontend features of meeting intelligence.
This role works closely with Product Management, Design, and Backend Engineering.
Our ideal candidate has demonstrated experience in building and maintaining large-scale web applications, along with strong communication skills and a proven ability to mentor and guide other engineers through complex, impactful technology changes.
What You'll DoDesign and develop new customer-facing product features and functionality with the highest qualityPartner cross-functionally with UX and Product Management to translate product ideas, specifications, and mocks into fully functional and accessible user experiences and create the best product possibleRecommend and drive frontend infrastructure improvementsWrite automated tests of your code to deliver software at a high level of qualityLead by example and mentor others to produce extensible and maintainable code used across productsTake on the role of a technology leader in our most challenging cross-functional projectsSupport the professional growth of others by actively mentoring individualsLeverage your extensive knowledge and experience to exert technical influence over multiple teams, enhancing their productivity and effectiveness through sharingYour Background6+ years of direct experience building and maintaining large-scale web applications serving millions of users globally, ideally leveraging both React and TypeScriptYou are not only deeply familiar with core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, HTTP), but you are also well-versed in the web platform itself, including concerns like performance, security, and accessibilityYou understand how to decompose complex, multi-faceted problems and drive solutions that balance both customer needs and our resources.You are an effective communicator and have a track record of guiding key technology decisions across a large organization.Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to develop and deliver high-quality applicationsAn entrepreneurial spirit: you're agile, creative, resourceful, and tenacious as you solve problems and achieve team and company goals Base salary range: $154,000 - $252,000.
Employees are eligible to receive stock options and may also receive other forms of compensation.

Actual compensation will depend on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to, location, experience, and job qualifications.
