The work, and what you'll do: This role tackles the design, development, and maintenance of critical software systems, from real-time applications to massive data analysis.
The ideal candidate thrives in both individual and collaborative environments, ensuring software quality through testing, troubleshooting, and contributing to efficient system design.
What you'll need: - Technical BS and twelve or more (12) years of experience in similar roles with hands-on coding/programming (experience can substitute degrees).
Experience with the following: - Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, test, and integrate complex software systems - Problem-Solving : Debug software, analyze performance, and recommend improvements - Leadership: Lead and collaborate effectively with software development teams - SDLC: Understand user needs, develop solutions, and oversee the entire software development process Clearance requirement: TS/SCI with FS Polygraph (no clearance upgrades or CCAs).
Please note, you MUST have the required clearance for consideration.
Location/telework: This is a hybrid role (16hrs/wk) with onsite work performed in Annapolis Junction, MD.
