Senior Graphic Designer
Job Description
MarCom Group is currently seeking a skilled and seasoned Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As an advertising, marketing, and events agency, we pride ourselves on our award-winning creative and rapid company growth. Our company maintains a small business atmosphere with a close-knit, family-like culture. While our main office is located in Fairfax, Virginia, this position offers the flexibility of remote work.
The Sr. Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of innovative design and a proven track record of executing projects from conception to production. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills. Duties & Responsibilities
Lead and manage all phases of the design process (research, conceptualization, design, and execution) for a variety of projects including but not limited to digital assets (websites, banners, social media content, email campaigns), print materials (brochures, flyers, posters), and branding initiatives. Collaborates with creative director, art director, and others to understand project assignments, audience, and intended outcome. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Present design concepts and deliverables to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the final design. Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies to ensure the brand remains competitive. Support Creative team as needed or assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in graphic design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. Ability to think creatively and produce new design concepts, graphics, and layouts. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
