LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES CURRENTLY RESIDING IN BAY AREA/WEST SACRAMENTO. ASSIGNMENT IS HYBRID WITH TRAVELING TO OTHER SITES IN SAN RAMON WEST SACRAMENTO TO ASSIST WITH PROCTORING IN PERSON TESTS. MILEAGE WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED. CLIENT LAPTOP AND CELL PHONE WILL BE PROVIDED

Job Responsibilities:
Perform administrative duties such as scheduling/coordinating tests, scanning/scoring tests, data entry, reporting results, administering tests (online and in-person) and responding to emails that come to the shared mailboxes. Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
Travel to/from testing facilities to administer tests while ensuring test security at all times. Adhere to all testing policies and procedures during the test session while maintaining a comfortable testing environment.
Scan/score tests using testing software associated with these processes. Enter results in database and send out result letters in a timely manner.
Communicate information to examinees and internal clients in both verbal and written formats.
Address technical or administrative issues or escalate them to the Testing Operations Team member(s), vendors, IT partners, following up when necessary. Adept when dealing with issues by utilizing resources to identify solutions.
Assist internal clients with testing needs; that could include Return to Work, Centralized Job Bidding, Hiring Hall, Recruiting, Labor Relations, Learning, PowerPathway and vendors as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications
HS Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years related experience
Desired Qualifications:
Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational and communication skills, teamwork skills, and ability to multi-task
Experience in a high-volume environment
