Title: Sr. HRIS Application Analyst - Remote (D365 F&O)

We have partnered with our client in their search for a Senior HRIS Application Analyst within the Pharma industry. As a Senior HRIS (Human Resource Information System) Application Analyst, you will be pivotal in elevating user experiences with our cloud-based enterprise HR applications. Your role encompasses a range of responsibilities including the integration, administration, upgrading, testing, and support of HRIS enterprise software applications (D365 F&O). A key aspect of your role will be to interpret the needs of our internal customers and convert them into effective software solutions.
Responsibilities
Providetechnical project leadership in the planning, design, development, testing, and implementation of application software D365 F&O, specifically for the HRIS modules.
Conduct software application testing and other preparation for software upgrades and new software implementation
Monitor, analyze, plan, and assistend-users with the implementation of new software releases and upgrades.
Researchsystem enhancements and executeimplementation of D365 F&O.
Conductdatabase analysis; researchand analyzeproblems within the applications and resolves or formulatesolutions.
Provideleadership in problem solving, which requires the consideration of the IT strategic plan and short term goals, the means by which to solve the problem, and development of associated action plans.
Work with vendors to ensure system operability/functionality and to ensure success of system implementations and upgrades.
Reviewprojects, analyzebusiness requirements, recommendsystem changes, writespecifications and implementapplication changes to address changing application and end user requirements.
Contributeto ongoing process to integrate end users requests with software functionality to address changing.
Createand maintain technical documentation and architecture diagramsas required.
Analyzeand providerecommendations relating to application configuration and functionality of systems to ensure reliability for current and/or future use.
Workdirectly with project managers to understand application objectives, develop scope of project, outline effort projections, determine schedules, and finalize plans.
Establishand enforcestandards, policies and procedures for the HRIS related application systems.
Participate in the development and implementation of the information technology goals, objectives, policies, and priorities.
Assist in assessing the strategic direction of information technology and in developing strategic plans for use of new technology.
Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, and/or 10+ years of experience in an IT environment.
At least 5+ years in a HRIS discipline within an ITenvironment, ideally as a HRIS IT Analyst or a related function performinguser support,training,and supporting installation, development, and maintenance of the business application software and servers, including the development of associated metadata and user interfaces
Proficiency in MSDynamics 365 Financial & Operationsand experience in supporting, developing, and maintaining business application software and servers, specifically within the HRIS modules.
Experience in integrated SaaS enterprise solution network and infrastructure environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
PMP certification and/or related certifications within D365 F&O arepreferred.
The ability to travel up to 25% to Bloomington, IN and Halle, Germany.
