Amazon Marketplace enables businesses to put their products in front of hundreds of millions of customers and offers Sellers the tools and services needed to make e-commerce successful, efficient, and simple. We are looking for a Senior Listing Improvement Manager to lead improvement of our existing listing products to drive business growth on Amazon. The leader will define a long-term vision and a strategic path to achieving it, navigating through significant levels of ambiguity and driving execution. The position requires collaboration with various Amazon teams, including product and tech partners, category teams, and Selling Partner Support. Additionally, the leader will use data and Seller feedback to measure the impact of the strategy and present findings to drive decisions at both ongoing and strategic levels.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesTo create listings on Amazon, Sellers need to provide Amazon with data on their products and fill in the listing creation files by following Amazon's content creation guidelines. This process is a major point of friction for Sellers. The job responsibilities include:
Customer Focus: Advocate for the customer, ensuring products meet customer needs and deliver exceptional user experiences.Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions. Establish and measure key performance indicators (KPIs).Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, categories, marketing, finance, seller support, and other teams to drive improvement.Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Gain support for your strategy and roadmap from stakeholders by writing narratives and influencing peers and senior leadership.Execution and Delivery: Create program goals and related metrics, track progress and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives.Communication: Clearly articulate product plans, benefits, and results to a range of audiences, including executives and external partners. Own weekly/monthly/quarterly business review commentary for key input and output metrics.Minimum RequirementsExperience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders, including communicating and collaborating across teams and functions.Bachelor's degree or equivalent with strong English skills.
