As a pivotal member of our team, you'll direct all clinical and materials management activities related to logistical operations, ensuring a seamless flow of inventory throughout our site, including ORs and recovery areas.

Overseeing a large and diverse staff to meet supply chain savings targets and performance metrics. Leading emergency management initiatives as the site logistician and supply chain expert. Utilizing data analytics to monitor key performance indicators and drive process improvements. Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and addressing product recalls and alerts promptly. What We're Looking For: Education : Bachelor's degree in business administration, health services, or related field; continuous improvement experience preferred. Experience : 5-8 years of progressive experience in clinical site logistics, supply chain management, and leadership roles. Certification : Lean Six Sigma certification in continuous improvement preferred. Skills : Strong program management, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Office and SmartSheet. Physical Requirements : Ability to travel between campuses, lift up to 40 lbs, and navigate various environments.
