We're seeking aSenior Manager, FP&Ato lead financial planning, analysis, and strategy to drive critical business decisions. This role will partner with senior leaders, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and deliver data-driven insights to enhance performance across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial projections.
Collaborate with business leaders on budgets, reforecasts, and analysis.
Partner with Accounting to ensure timely, accurate reporting and actionable insights.
Support long-term strategy development with financial analysis for retail, cultivation, and manufacturing.
Develop and manage key business metrics through advanced modeling.
Influence and drive change by identifying opportunities for process and performance improvements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
8+ years of progressive FP&A or financial experience.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise.
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
Proven ability to drive change and influence cross-functional teams.
Experience in retail, CPG, or cannabis industries is a plus.
