About The Job Support the VP of Strategy in completing the annual strategic, business and budgeting planning processes for the Global Operations pillar.Lead high-priority operational projects that unlock business growth and value creation for LS&Co.Serve as a project lead on major strategic programs, while managing teams during the diagnosis/evaluation, design and implementation phases.Structure and conduct analysis to inform important questions; gather and synthesize relevant data, lead analyses and develop recommendations.Work with Commercial, Brand, IT and Finance partners to define and deliver on internal projects.Lead discussions involving external partners to help gain agreement on critical questions that arise during projects.Maintain an external mindset, including staying on top of competitive trends.Monitor the marketplace to identify and assess main industry trends that can inform Global Operations strategy and operational plans, inclusive of market benchmarking.Develop business cases, identify key performance indicators and milestones, and manage and track success of strategic and operational initiatives.Develop and manage ad hoc, weekly, monthly and quarterly executive level communications (e.g. Dashboards, Board Decks, Executive Reviews, etc.) in service to the COO and Global Operations team.This role will report to the Vice President of Strategy for Global Operations.About You 5+ years of experience, including at least 2 years' experience at a management consulting firm, or equivalent experience in internal strategy position.Experience in merchandise planning, strategy, data analytics, demand forecasting, inventory management, allocation/replenishment or financial planning.Experience leading transformational projects.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; can build templates, use reporting tools/ systems, manipulate large quantities of data to guide business insights and decisions.Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint to create presentations of important messages and storyline developed from analytical work.Apparel industry experience is an asset.Bachelor's Degree and an MBA preferred.This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $116,300- $175,900 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs. Levi Strauss & Co.
