We are a leading provider in personal home care and medical staffing, expanding our operations across the nation. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Manager for HR Information Systems (HRIS) to take charge of our ADP Workforce Now platform. This role involves acting as the subject matter expert for the HRIS, including aspects such as security administration, business process design, compensation setup, benefits administration, enhancing user experience, and expanding our reporting and analytics capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
System Management: Act as the primary user and administrator for HRIS and related software, ensuring optimal functionality and user satisfaction.
Process Improvement: Analyze and enhance systematic processes to aid the Human Resources Department in daily functions.
Documentation and Training: Develop technical documentation, training manuals, and materials tailored to user needs for HR software.
Technical Partnership: Serve as a key technical partner in system and software implementations and integrations.
Data Integrity: Conduct regular audits of HRIS and other systems to ensure data integrity, providing technical support and maintenance as needed.
Liaison Work: Facilitate communication and project coordination between the Human Resources and Information Technology departments.
Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain comprehensive HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.
Regulatory Awareness: Stay updated on trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in human resources and employment law.
Strategic Initiatives: Participate in the evaluation and review of compensation and benefit plans during mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: At least 5 years of HRIS experience, with a minimum of 2 years specifically with ADP Workforce Now.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential. The ideal candidate will be adept in maintaining confidentiality, making decisions under pressure, and prioritizing effectively.
Work Environment:
This is a remote position, with travel required up to 10% as needed to support business operations.
