Our partners include industry leaders such as Google, Atlassian, and Microsoft.As Manager of Commercial Sales you will be responsible for leading a team of 6-8 Mid-Market Account Executives (AEs) that drive the strategic business growth for existing Lucid customers. You will work hand-in-hand with other sales and customer success leadership to ensure renewals, drive expansion, and continual customer engagement for the reps on your team. This role will report to the Regional Director of Commercial Sales.Responsibilities:Coaching, mentoring, and motivating a team of AEsSuccessfully forecast and manage pipeline of entire teamAssist in the recruiting and training to grow and maintain a growing sales orgDevelop and execute on quarterly account plans with repsInspire, lead, and coach a dynamic fast-scaling sales teamCoach and provide feedback to AEs in the areas of sales/personal development, direction, and focusConduct quarterly business review sessions with each sales repManage productivity, funnel of opportunities, and quality to ensure teams meet established goals and standardsProvide ongoing process improvements, recommendations, and implementation of theseAssist in managing programs to achieve target goals for team and individual representativesDevelop and maintain expert knowledge of the features, benefits, and application of Lucid’s offeringUnderstand the competitive landscapeRequirements:5+ years of sales experience (preferably in tech/SaaS)2+ years of sales management experience (preferably in tech/SaaS) Experience as an expert coach and leaderAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsExperience with Salesforce.com CRM reporting, Tableau, Outreach, and other sales software solutionsPreferred Qualifications:Detailed knowledge of and passion for SaaS applicationsStrong technical backgroundExperience managing a large team#LI-MG1
