Read more:careers.bms.com/working-with-us.Senior Manager,North America Site Accounts,Scheduling and Cell LogisticsThe Position:TheSenior Manager, North America Site Accounts, Scheduling and Cell Logistics (SCLT) willberesponsiblefordevelopingand managing a high-functioning,customer-facingteam ofSite Account Specialistsand Managerswhoscheduleandmonitorpatient treatment schedules for the manufacturing of BMS's commercial autologous cellular immunotherapy products.The individual in this rolewill build andmaintainstrong relationships with other partners across the Cell Therapy Franchise to ensure best-in-class customer service is delivered to our BMS certified treatment centers acrossNorth America. They will deliver on our Scheduling and Cell Logistics strategy, processes,and KPIs whilemaintaininga continuous improvement mindset.This position will report totheAssociate Director,North America Site Accounts, SCLT, and will collaborateregularlywith otherregional andglobal Senior Managers and Managers.Position is office-basedin Summit,New Jersey, with an in-office attendance requirement of60% ofworking days. Remote work must be performed at home with consistent office setup and internet access, as extensive work at computers and phones is essential to job function.Domestic and international travel is possible but will not exceed 15%Occasional supportrequiredforissues andescalations outside ofcorebusiness hours is possibleEducationand Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience?8+ years of work experience in scheduling, planning, operations,and/or account management4+ years managing direct reports, direct or indirect management of multiple teams is preferredExperience working in APEX, Salesforce CRM, Oracle, SAP, and/or other comparable planning/scheduling/execution systems is preferredExperience working in a regulated environment (cGMP/FDA) isrequiredMust have strongproficiencywith Office 365 software, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and WordResponsibilities:Lead a team of 15+ specialists throughmanagersDirectly oversee twomanagers, each of whom leads a team of 5-8Operations Specialistslocatedin Seattle, WA and Summit, NJInfluence day-to-dayschedulingoperationsandexceptionmanagementthrougha strong senseof leadershipOverseeresolution paths forescalationsand eventsbeyondthefirst-line responsibilities of the managers; responsible for retrospective asrequiredCommunicate issues and resolutions with management and key internal and external stakeholdersDevelop andmaintainoverallcustomer serviceandsiteaccount health monitoring strategies in line withdepartmental strategic initiativesPlan andfacilitatefunctional team managerial meetings; support coverage of weekly check-ins asrequiredAccountable for team performance and regional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Accountable for implementation ofprocess improvement projects at the departmental level, or cross-functionally with regional partnersHire and/or develop direct and indirect reportsMaintain a positive,inclusive,and professional team atmosphereManage given resources andidentifyresource needs?includingallocatedproject budgets andongoingheadcount determinationsEnsure direct reports and their teams areproperly trainedand are aligned with SCLT strategyAnalyze trends and develop action plans from feedback, operational metrics, and KPIsProvide input for, set,and manage team goals aligned with SCLT strategyPlan andfacilitate(on rotation)Global SCLT meetings for Managers and Senior ManagersProvide weekly updates on team projects and goals to regional headsManage relationships with regional partners as assignedAct as Subject Matter Expertonregional &global projects as assignedDevelop and gather endorsement for business cases for transformational projectsMentor/lead at least oneglobalworking groupcomprisedof specialists and managersKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExperience working in a regulated environment (cGMP/FDA)isrequiredMust be skilled in planning and organizing, conflict management, decision-making, building relationships, innovation management, and resource allocationExcellent leadership, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to make decisions in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentHighly self-motivated individual, withdemonstratedtime managementskillandability to work independentlyFlexibility in responding to change or business needs#LI-HybridIf you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn't perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
