Job Description This role manages compensation processes in alignment with the company's Total Rewards Strategy. The position is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering global compensation strategies to ensure consistency with pay practices and the global compensation philosophy. Alongside the compensation team, you will perform complex analytics and provide insights to support functional decision-making.
Responsibilities Develop, implement, and administer compensation programs. Ensure the effectiveness of existing practices and recommend cost-effective changes that align with compensation trends and business objectives. Present compensation data and trends in a compelling manner to support key decisions.Manage global compensation team members, ensuring strong performance and success. Oversee performance reviews, coaching, and development activities.Lead and execute annual, mid-year, and off-cycle compensation planning processes. Perform analysis, such as compensation ratios and cost impact analysis, to evaluate proposals and ensure seamless processing in payroll systems.Collaborate with the compensation team to perform benchmarking studies, analyze survey data, and support pay range development processes.Analyze compensation programs to support the Total Rewards Strategy, including salary structures and incentive plans (STI and LTI). Design pay programs that meet business needs using compensation best practices.Manage compliance with statutory regulations regarding minimum wages, pay ratios, and equity, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local compensation laws. Provide guidance to business stakeholders and HRBPs on pay decisions and policy interpretation.Handle transactions related to compensation management, including approvals in Workday and reporting.Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business, or a related quantitative field
Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in compensation and human capital management, including people management
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Attributes Advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with project or process management toolsStrong collaboration, problem-solving, and influencing skills with the ability to manage ambiguityStrong business acumen and excellent prioritization skillsDemonstrated leadership ability to manage and develop a diverse teamPreferred Qualifications Education: Master's or advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Experience: Financial services industry experience
Certifications: CCP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP
