Jeremiah Program is a nonprofit organization helping single mothers invest in themselves and access higher education, affordable childcare, housing, skills training, and career development.JP envisions a world where generational poverty is not divorced from gender and race, and where women who experience poverty hold a seat at the table and curate the agenda.They are currently looking for a Senior Manager of Individual Giving to support the Minneapolis and St. Paul campuses.

Responsibilities
• Manage a 200+ donor portfolio through high touch engagement and maintain impeccable database records.• Achieve weekly action goals for donor outreach contacts and 1-1 meetings.• Lead the prospect research process for Minneapolis and St. Paul donors.• Assist with event logistics, prospect research, qualification, and donor stewardship.• Collaborate with the Director of Development to meet the annual individual giving fundraising goal.• Serve as a liaison to Propel, Jeremiah Program's young professional group.• Lead system upgrades for prospect research and donor cultivation.• Perform data analysis and evaluation related to individual giving.• Ensure accurate storage of fundraising activity and interactions in donor databases.• Assist with special projects and development projects as needed.
Requirements
• Great interpersonal skills and ability to work with varying data in a complex environment.• BA/BS degree in a relevant field.• 7+ years of professional experience, including 5 years in donor-related activities.• Proven track record in executing fundraising plans and cultivating individual gifts.• Passion for the Jeremiah Program mission and commitment to development opportunities.• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to inspire generosity.• Ability to utilize data for decision-making and sustaining/growing the donor base.• Strong prospect research skills and proven track record in moving individual gifts to higher levels of support.
Benefits
