What you will do We are looking for an aggressive marketing professional to help drive revenue and growth within GEP's Partner United ecosystem. This individual must have 6-10 years of partner marketing experience working with complex global software companies delivering measurable results.
The top priority for this role is to identify and execute specific brand building and lead generating initiatives by targeting and planning initiatives with specific strategic alliance, channel and technology partners. This role will engage with new and existing strategic partners to identify and execute to-, through-, and with-partner marketing programs to drive new sources of revenue growth and increase awareness and advocacy of GEP's brand and offerings.
Identify, introduce and manage inter-company communications and campaigns between GEP and global ecosystem Partners Develop, lead and project manage regional joint GTM programs with top strategic partners in collaboration with teams across marketing functions Perform comprehensive analysis of strategic partners to develop compelling lead generation and revenue producing programs that best aligns with key company solution offerings and ecosystem priorities Support revenue growth goals as established in annual Partner business plans and agreed with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment of marketing efforts with their goals and expectations Engage strategic partners to discover and explore partner generated new account leads and opportunities with GEP target accounts, with a focus on lead acquisition and nurturing campaigns Work closely with key stakeholders to track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns, using data to make informed decisions and optimize performance Oversee the partner marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achieving ROI Build and maintain strong relationships through senior level interaction with strategic alliances, customers, industry influencers, and key GEP stakeholders What you should bring Bachelors' degree from a strong academic institution 6+ years of related experience working with partners in a marketing capacity with growth responsibility and proven results 6+ years of overall marketing experience, developing and managing field marketing and lead generation program from conception to completion, including database and digital marketing, content marketing, events, search and social media Highly self-motivated individual with keen sense for converting conceptual ideas into sales programs that produce tangible results Experience with systems integrator, consulting, channel and technology partners highly desirable
