Position Overview:
As the Sr. Manager, Partner Marketing at Blue Yonder, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing programs that drive joint brand awareness, market influence, and demand generation with key strategic partners. This includes working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create a compelling marketing strategy that aligns with Blue Yonder's innovative supply chain management software solutions. You'll oversee co-marketing campaigns, manage marketing resources, and lead the charge in amplifying Blue Yonder's voice across the supply chain industry. Your efforts will directly contribute to business growth and customer success by enhancing our partnerships and building strong value propositions.
Scope:
As a key contributor to the marketing organization, your role will strengthen Blue Yonder's market influence through effective partner marketing programs. You'll help refine Blue Yonder's brand messaging and align partners to drive demand, resulting in greater awareness, market adoption, and customer satisfaction.
What you will do:
Develop marketing strategies that align with Blue Yonder's partner programs and business objectives.
Plan and execute integrated co-marketing campaigns in collaboration with strategic partners and internal teams.
Foster joint brand awareness and amplify Blue Yonder's presence through compelling storytelling and data-driven insights.
Utilize marketing analytics to measure campaign success and continuously optimize partner engagement.
Build and manage strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on market opportunities and messaging.
What we are looking for:
Education:
Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, preferred.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or product marketing for technology or software companies, with a proven track record of executing and measuring successful campaigns.
Technical Expertise:
Familiarity with supply chain software and tools like Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, strategic thinking, project management, and problem-solving skills.

The salary range for this position is $104,669.00 to $151,665.00 USD
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
