Test Development Manager
SUMMARY:
An experienced Production Test Development Manager is needed to lead a US-based test development team in the Power Management division.
This leadership role is key to ensuring the integrity and performance of innovative Power Management ICs, supporting a wide range of applications including Mobile, Consumer, IoT, and Industrial sectors.
The role requires a leader who can expertly navigate the complexities of Power Management IC production testing while effectively collaborating across design and test engineering teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and manage the test development team for Power Management ICs in the USDevelop and enforce test strategies to ensure product reliability and performanceOversee the design, development, and maintenance of automated test systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams in the US and Asia to support product development and productionEnsure the timely delivery of high-quality test solutions that meet production schedulesMentor and develop team members to enhance their technical and professional skillsOptimize test processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costsStay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in test engineeringQUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor of Science (BS) degree (or greater) in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with 15+ years of industry experienceMinimum of 5 years of management experienceExpertise in automated test design, development, and maintenanceProficiency with software development and debugging on ATE systems (Cohu DMDx, Teradyne ETS88, or Sinetest STT)Experience with schematic design for socketed test fixtures, probe cards, and load boardsKnowledge of Power Management ICs including Buck, Boost, LDO, and Microcontroller UnitsFamiliarity with I2C and SPI serial communication protocolsExcellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
