Lead the project management and execution of all GTG change projects: Drive enhancements to the Intake process, including Salesforce requirements. Develop roadmaps that outlines programs milestones, and dependencies.Identify, assess and mitigate risks that could impact the success of the project. Implement per the expected timelines. Prioritize competing activities with minimal impact to the project outcome. Govern the change effectively during the program execution.

Our Impact:You will manage the day-to-day running of the Guide & Tech Gateway (GTG) and play an integral role in evolving it to drive efficiencies and increase value within and across the GTG function.
This team is responsible for program execution of the GTG Process
Streamline operations and reduce risk in the GTG while driving with a change and process improvement mentality
Coordination of several successful internal teams and deliverables to meet divisional and department objectives.

Develop and manage resolutions to Guide process related problems
Partner with our business partners to develop updated procedures and process flows

Qualifications:10 - 12 years of demonstrated ability in project and program management
2+ years of hands-on leadership experience leading a team and interfacing directly with cross-functional teams to run programs and meet business objectives with minimal oversight
Bachelor's degree in technology, management, Real Estate or related field required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present sophisticated ideas in a clear, concise fashion.
Demonstrated experience in change management and business partner management, bringing people together towards a common goal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to act on sound judgment with tact and diplomacy
Strong ability to manage multiple efforts simultaneously within a given timeframe.
Understanding of and experience in the financial services industry, residential real estate, or the secondary mortgage markets; Government Sponsored Enterprise ("GSE") experience preferred.
Fluent in Tableau, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $142,000 - $212,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
