Position SummarySamsung Electronic America's Supply Chain Team is responsible for ensuring product availability to meet forecasted demand by the Sales Subsidiary. Forecasts are generated via consensus calls with Customers, Sales and Marketing Teams, and with HQ and local Manufacturing Facilities via spreadsheets, SAP, and Samsung Systems and Tools. The Sr. Manager of Supply Chain Forecasting is responsible for managing a range of products and/or Accounts and will work with 7-10 staff within the Department. The Sr. Manager will publish summaries and reports for distribution with Samsung Offices and/or with Customers.The Supply Chain Sr. Manager will be the primary point of contact for all supply related issues related to their products/Accounts at the Sales Subsidiary. They will also interact closely with Customers and with internal teams including Executive Management.
