Role Description: We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex technical initiatives. In this role, you'll manage multiple workstreams, translate technical requirements into actionable plans, and serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring successful project execution by managing scope, schedules, risks, and resources while driving collaboration across technical teams such as software engineering, cloud transformation, or data integration teams. A light hands-on approach to technical problem-solving will also be valuable for troubleshooting and quality assurance.
As part of our consulting team, you'll also have the opportunity to:
- Build strong client relationships that lead to new project opportunities.
- Contribute to CompassX initiatives, including recruiting, mentoring, and firm development.
\n We look for our Managers to have several of the following:6+ years as a project manager leading technical teams.Strong consulting background, ideally with experience in premier consulting firms.Proven success managing complex, fast-paced projects with multiple work-streams.Strong understanding and application of Agile and Waterfall methodologies (e.g., sprints, backlog prioritization, retrospectives).A hands-on approach to problem-solving and a strong technical foundation.Experience in technology implementations, cloud transformations, or data integrations.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
