Responsibilities

Lead daily warehouse operations and delegation of activities, such as material receipt, putaway, work order completion, cycle counts, outbound shipping and more as needed to support clinical manufacturing and business operations.

Support the deployment of and become a lead user in Denali Salt Lake City's inventory and warehouse management system (Enterprise Resource Planning).

Own and optimize warehouse operations, including Standard Operating Procedures and material movement transactions in ERP system, keeping Denali's values and mission in mind.

Build training material and ensure warehouse staff are trained prior to executing their work.

Partner closely with Quality and maintain a quality-focused mindset to ensure GMP requirements are met for warehouse operations.

Balance risk, cost, time, and resources in developing and performing operations and optimizing warehouse configuration.

Characterize learnings within the context of the bigger picture and Denali's goals.

Communicate results and findings to the Denali SLC team.

Conduct all activities in accordance with company policies & Standard Operating Procedures, global regulatory guidelines, environmental guidelines, as appropriate, etc.

Responsible to lead direct report(s) through annual goal setting, growth planning, adherence to company policies, maintain training compliance and provide ongoing feedback on growth, development and areas of improvement.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in a regulated industry OR associate degree with 10+ total years of relevant experience.

Experience leading warehouse operations.

4+ years experience managing a team or individual(s).

Project management skills including planning, coordinating, and organizing tasks.

Ability to develop, understand, and implement processes that enable successful business operations.

Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and apply problem solving skills.

Ability to contribute to a team where employees have a shared purpose and vision; foster a "One Denali" environment.

Ability to build trustful and effective relationships with authenticity and humility.

Proficient oral presentation and written communication skills.

Physical requirements– must be able to put on specialized gowning, lift and manipulate items over 25 lbs, climb ladders, stand for multiple hours at a time.

Preferred Qualifications

BioPharma Industry experience.

Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or warehouse management systems.

Forklift experience.
