The Headlines: In the role of Sr. Manufacturing Systems Engineer (Sr. MSE) working in Fort Worth, TX brewery, you will be part of the information technology team supporting local supply chain systems.
This role operates as the primary point of contact between IT and supply chain and must be seen as a trusted and credible technology thought leader.
This position reports to the Brewery Systems Manager (BSM) and is highly visible within the brewery.
This role works closely with a variety of stakeholders at multiple levels within the brewery and IT.
The Responsibilities: This role will collaborate and lead multi-disciplinary initiatives to ensure achievement of safety, quality, cost and production metrics together with system uptime.
Serve as the technical lead for automation and integration opportunities through active project participation in enterprise-driven capital projects impacting the brewery.
Be the subject matter expert for the entire technology stack within the supply chain domain.
Develop and apply automation and control technology solutions to realize continuous improvement and process optimization opportunities.
Provides technical leadership and steady state support of EWM and Infor AS systems Provides brewery SAP user support and works with customers to ensure Business Process Adherence.
Proactively coaches/trains supply chain stakeholders to improve plant proficiency in the adoption of new technology and the use of automation solutions.
Ensures Automation and SAP systems software and hardware at appropriate revision levels.
Responsible for software change management and version control of production instance of the automation system.
The Other Qualifications: You have a bachelor's in IT, Engineering, Computer Sciences or equivalent experience You have previous manufacturing experience (5+ years) preferably in the CPG industry You have warehouse process automation and experience using ECC and EWM You have experience in SAP, EWM, MII, Infor AS You have knowledge of the Service Now ticketing system Preferred Service Management and Delivery (ITIL Process Knowledge) Preferred Project Management experience or PMI certified You love a challenge.
You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.
