Sr Mechanical Superintendent

Responsibilities: Daily oversight and QA/QC of subcontractor installations including scheduling/coordination safety and installation integration w/other trades per plans/specs. QA/QC of Mechanical (HVAC Plumbing & Process Piping) Installations. Preparation/review of schedule & reports for installations including equipment installation startup & commissioning. Ideal Candidate: Requires USA Citizenship (no green cards) and it is highly preferred for the candidates to be residing local to Melbourne FL. These candidates must be Senior with excellent experience.
