Seeking an experienced App Dev PM to manage multiple projects.
Take ownership and be accountable for the overall delivery of project and QCD.
Duties include:
Forecast, plan and manage budget / schedule to ensure the project is on track
Organize and facilitate IT / Business meetings and workshops
Develop business use cases and document project goals
Create and manage change requests, test plans and training materials
Prepare project status reports (weekly, monthly and quarterly) and conduct status meetings with IT / business stake holders
Prepare, conduct and present project and management level presentations and project evaluations with executives
Analyze, manage and communicate project risks and issues
Create SOWs and manage vendors
Assign & manage project tasks / resources
Coordinate and collaborate with other cross functional teams in the organization
Position Success Criteria -
•A minimum of 10+ years IT work experience with 8+ years of experience in Project Management and leadership roles in Application Development projects.
•Experience in Automotive industry
•Business systems analyst and/or Application development experience is a plus
•Safe Agile and/or Scrum Master experience is a must.
•Ability to manage a hybrid environment of 'Waterfall' and 'Agile' development.
•Strong abilities to multitask and manage multiple projects is highly desired.
•Strong abilities to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and partners who often do not directly report to yourself.
•Strong proficiency and skillset in Clarity Workbench, MS Project and MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word and Visio).
•Should be self- driven and has a very positive attitude.
•Can work well and independently in situations of ambiguity.
•Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
