The Senior Procurement Manager - Professional Services and Consulting Will serve as the Category Leader for all Professional Services and Consulting for North America region and serve as the global subject matter expert for all Ecolab locations and drive high impact initiatives across assigned spend, categories and strategic supplier relationships to deliver cost savings, cost avoidance, working capital, operational improvements, and risk mitigation initiatives through internal collaboration with stakeholders.
A proven track record of strong leadership, business acumen, and strategic thinking in conjunction with outstanding ability to drive results are essential.
What You Will Do: Responsible for total deliveredcost (TDC), category management, supplier business value, and sourcing wave plans for Professional Services and Consulting Develops and drives the overall strategy of respective categories inalignment with Ecolab, functional, and business unit objectives.
Provides global subject matter expertise and direction across Ecolab regions; establishes contracts and outline agreements to be utilized across North America, Europe, Greater China, and International Markets.
Lead and develop strategic relationships at the executive level within Ecolab and with key suppliers.
Develop sourcing strategies and drive execution within assigned indirect area using TDC Sourcing Principles.
Maintain awareness of global macro-economic factors thatdirectly impact Ecolab's procurement costs.
Partner with key stakeholder groups to align sourcing strategy and business results.
Leads by example the Ecolab and Global Supply Chain Safetyinitiatives.
Availability for virtual meetings outside of normal US working hours to support global time zone differences.
Travel Required - less than 10%.
Location - St. Paul, MN or Naperville, IL, hybrid work model.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Related Field (Supply Chain, Business, Technical, Finance) 5-7+yearsof relevant procurement experience including Professional Services and Consulting Demonstrated experience in delivering best in class sourcing outcomes for professional services and consulting; management consulting, finance and audit, business process outsourcing; regulatory consulting, and tax and financial consulting.
Strong financial acumen; written, verbal, and presentation skills.
