We're dedicated to building the next-gen real estate solutions powered by AI, with a current focus on delivering a frictionless experience end to end for renters and compelling economics for property owners. We have strong and accelerating momentum, having grown 7x in the last 3 years despite the tough environment for startups and the aggressive interest rate hikes negatively impacting the real estate market. We are seeking product designers passionate about discovering and building products that delight users. The specific level will depend on the candidate's experience.
\n Main Responsibilities:Play a critical role in helping set the goals and product direction for the team.Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our internal and external usersDesign flows and experiences that simplify and distill down complex actions into usable interfaces.Work closely with our product managers to define the MVP which will help us ship products and learn fast. Discuss design in group settings and participate in design critiques and reviewsGuide design execution, improve the user experience, and work with team members (think product managers and engineers) to launch features.Work closely with engineers to build components that seamlessly fit into a larger component library/style guideUse both qualitative and quantitative insights to bring the voice of our customers into your work.Solicit feedback from stakeholders including but not limited to product, eng, data, ops, marketing and external customers.Think holistically about complex systems, empathize with users, and understand goals to create compelling user experiences. Requirements:4+ years of experience in UX design for SaaS products or Internet services at tech companies.A portfolio of work that reflects your strengths in both UX and visual design skills with you as the primary designer, with moderate guidance from design leadership.Experience in designing and shipping an end to end product with complicated flows, multiple scenarios and edge cases.Proficiency in user research, interaction design, visual design and usability testing.Ability to provide design variations and rationalize your design choices.Ability to organize and communicate your thoughts and motivations with different audiences.Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment that optimizes for quick iterations.
\nThe estimated annual base salary for this role is $110,000 - $200,000.
