Sr. Product Line Manager

JOB INFORMATION:

The Product Line Manager is responsible for managing a specific product offering in support of our growth objectives, profitability, and market share. This includes day to day activities related to the product line as well as identifying and justifying new products for innovation and line extensions; defining product positioning, pricing, and profitability strategies; developing and supporting product promotional plans; and managing product lifecycles.

The Product Line Manager must work and collaborate cross functionally to set and achieve business goals through simply articulated product strategy. They will work with our Sales team and Customers to capture the voice of the customer inputs, with Product Development to create new products, and with Creative and Marketing Teams to build go-to-market strategies and develop promotional programs.

The ideal candidate will possess blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive and detail orientation to execute that vision.

Generate and maintain market & product intelligence

Development projects & product improvements

Requirements (minimum acceptable and/or preferred)

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred

7+ years of product management experience for a manufacturing company (B2B experience)

Exposure and experience in strategic planning and how that relates to the product line

Demonstrated ability to perform market analytics and drive action based on results

Ability to deeply understand and simply communicate product technical attributes
