The Business, Industrial, and Scientific Supplies (BISS) team is at the forefront of delivering exceptional selection, value, and convenience for businesses and consumers throughout the U.S. We are responsible for building a best-in-class destination for Amazon customers that shop for and buy products for their workplace and professional needs.

This Sr. Product Manager role within the BISS team will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of products and features that drive impact to our customer shopping experience. You will own a dedicated product and feature roadmap and deliver on key priorities for the business, setting short and long-term goals for your deliverables. You will do this while working with a talented cross-functional team of PMs, VMs, ISMs, and MMs while influencing other teams and their roadmap. You will define the problem(s) we are trying to solve, desired customer experience, vision, tenets, and product strategy, with focus on a Business-specific customer vertical.
Key job responsibilities: Define a product strategy for enterprise customer spend segment adoption.Develop a programmatic approach to acquisition of customer spend.Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills that articulate a vision to stakeholders across Amazon.Identify new opportunities through competitive analysis, customer insights, and industry partnerships.Build a test-and-learn plan that is measurable and goal-oriented.Work with other B2B teams to Invent and Simplify processes for customers and team members.Communicate with management and senior executives about program direction, strategy, and the operational execution.Lead cross-functional teams by effectively managing the expectations and resolving the conflicts that balance customer and company needs.Define metrics and goals and track ongoing progress.Create reports and tools that share results, insights, and process improvement opportunities.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
