If so, then this role could be for you.
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and data-oriented Senior Product Manager within the US AVS Central Team to define, build and implement the Program Offering and Service Menu for the US AVS function.

We are looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager to own and define AVS program offering.
You will work with stakeholders across category AVS teams, tech teams, and other central/WW AVS teams (eg, EU AVS Central Team PMs) to define requirements and gain alignment to deliver a seamless vendor experience.
You will set the program vision by understanding strategic Vendor needs and enhancing the way we service accounts.
Enhancements to the program could include differentiating levels of service, launching new strategic services, or building out an a la carte offering menu.

The right candidate excels at handling ambiguity and combines strengths in thinking big and bias for action.
You have the ability to use data to inform strategies and create new solutions that work backwards from customer needs.
Being able to earn trust of others and develop strong partnerships with teams from multiple functions and geographies is a must, including EU and JP.
Key job responsibilitiesContinuously improve the AVS Program Offering through benchmarking and vendor feedback.Launch New and Differentiated Program Offerings to serve unique vendor needs.Drive improvements in sales pipeline metrics, such as Pitch Conversion and Enrollment Churn.Collaborate with AVS GL leaders and VMs to understand unique requirements, ranging across all businesses (apparel, beauty, toys, computers, etc.
).Partner with WW Teams to set Vision and Strategy for the program.Define business requirements for solutions with partner teams (eg, Salesforce/NASCAR, CarpoolBIE).Make data driven decisions using qualitative and quantitative analysis.About the teamAVS Central is a Product and Program team responsible for improving the value of the AVS offering.
We work backwards from Amazon's vendors, using robust mechanisms to collect vendor feedback and find ways to improve the AVS value proposition.
We innovate on behalf of vendors by piloting and launching new service tiers, offering better data and insights, increasing speed-of-support, and partnering across teams to build new unique-to-AVS programs.
AVS Central also builds and manages best practices for our AVS Customer Success (CSM) teams, ensuring each vendor is receiving consistent, industry leading service.
In addition to innovating on behalf of enrolled vendors, AVS Central works to improve program operational efficiency, allowing us to provide a higher level of service with less manual effort.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experienceExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience working across functional teams and senior stakeholdersExperience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insightsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSDo you have experience with Customer Relationship Management systems (eg, Salesforce)?

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Amazon is a total compensation company.
Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
