Sr. Product Manager - Controls & Connectivity

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for defining the strategy for our clients suite of Lifetime Value products.
Our client has over 20 water heating products within the organization and only 50% of them are smart products.
This individual will be partnering with the Engineering teams and Category Managers to make the remaining suite of products smart products.
This person will be focusing heavily on the delivery for the controls strategy for these products.
They will do this by developing a product roadmap, conducting competitive benchmarking, identifying, and filling product gaps, leading cross-functional teams in developing new products and digital solutions, and managing product cost and profitability.


Salary ranges from $150-160K dependent on skillset.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in product management and/or engineering-related fields.
High technical aptitude within the electronics/microprocessors/controls industry
Able to work with cross-functional teams (e.g., product managers, engineers, marketing teams) and external subject matter experts.
Experience in agile software development.

Experience and understanding in advanced technology areas such as Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning and Internet of Things (IoT)
Experience developing and maintaining a product roadmap based off customer requirements
Bachelors degree
